Guitar Finger Exercise For Beginners

When you just starting out on guitar you need to condition your fingers and loosen them up.

Here is an simple but effected finger exercise

You want to take it nice and slow at first. Do your most basic chords first for example C,D,E,A, and G

You need to do some easy exercises to get your fingers looseand build up strength.

Start on the low E string first fret with the first finger pluck the string then go to the 2nd fret 2nd finger on the low E string pluck it, then go to the 3rd fret 3rd finger hit the
string your still on the Low E string, then hit the string on the 4th fret with the 4th finger which is your pinky.

Now hold the pinky on the 4th fret low E string and reach up to the 1st fret A string with your 1st finger. You feel that stretch? That's what we want if you keep doing this it will help tremendously.

Do this for all strings then go back down descend back to the low E string where you started. Plus it helps you with plugging the strings one at a time.

This will help you build up your strength and condition your fingers to help play your chords better.

I hope this helps?

Good luck with your guitar goals!
